I'm Alberto. An engineer — I still run my freelance business in programming and AI automations, in full transition toward this, without rushing. I speak to you from the road, not from the finish line.
I spent years trying to think my way out of a block that couldn't be thought away. Fourteen projects started and abandoned. I called myself lazy a thousand times. And of everything I tried —therapy, courses, countless techniques— only one thing worked: the body. So much so that I'm training in somatic therapy.

Is this therapy?+
No. I'm a somatic guide and companion, not a clinical therapist. We work from the body and the present. If something comes up that needs clinical care, I'll tell you honestly and help you find the right person.
Do I have to believe in astrology or Human Design?+
Not at all. Your Map isn't a horoscope: it's a mirror to understand yourself and stop fighting yourself. I'm an engineer — I don't ask you to believe in anything, I give you a diagnosis that speeds up the process.
What if I don't have time or lose motivation mid-week?+
It's accounted for. The habits are minimal on purpose, and you're not alone between sessions. Missing a day breaks nothing — the only thing you can't break is quitting. That's what I'm here for.
Why 3 months?+
Because reprogramming the nervous system and the subconscious is a process, not an event. In a single session you understand it; in three months, you change. The time is part of the method.
Does it work online?+
Yes. Everything is by video call. A calm nervous system regulates another through the screen too — that's what happens in every session.
And the investment?+
We talk about that on the call, once we both know whether it makes sense to work together. Putting a number on it before we've met wouldn't be honest. What I will say: it's a real, three-month commitment, for people who genuinely want to change.
